What is the length of your leases?

MARQ Apartments offers flexible lease terms to accommodate various lifestyle needs. We provide lease options ranging from 3 months to 15 months. Whether you're looking for a short-term rental or a longer stay, we have a lease term that suits your preferences.

What is your pet policy? Pet fees?

We are thrilled to welcome your furry friends to our pet-friendly property! We understand that pets are part of the family, and we strive to make them feel right at home.

Our pet policy includes:

Pet Types: We happily accept both cats and dogs.

Pet Limit: Up to 2 pets per apartment.

Pet Fees: A non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet.

Certain breed restrictions may apply. 

What type of floor plans does MARQ offer?

Our property features a range of floor plans, from studio apartments to 2-bedroom apartments. We invite you to explore our apartment floor plans in person by scheduling a tour or by viewing our floor plan
layouts online.

What fees are associated when applying for an apartment at MARQ? 

There is a $65 application fee per person, and a $100 admin fee. The Admin fee is refundable if you are not approved.

What is your pet policy at MARQ

At MARQ, we welcome cats and dogs with a max number of 2 pets per home. We require a $35 monthly pet fee and a one-time, non-refundable $300 pet fee at move-in. Certain breed restrictions apply.

Do you require renter’s insurance at MARQ

MARQ does require all residents to have an active renter’s insurance policy.

What are your lease terms

MARQ offers 3-12 month leases.

Do your apartments come with a washer & dryer in-unit

Yes, every apartment at MARQ comes with a washer & dryer in-unit.

How does parking work at MARQ

We have an underground parking garage for residents. Each apartment is eligible for 1 assigned parking space if they have a vehicle.

Do you reward resident referrals

Absolutely! We offer our residents a $200 Referral Bonus!

How do I submit service requests? What if I have an after-hours maintenance request

You can submit all service requests through the online Resident Portal. Additionally, we do offer 24-hour emergency maintenance service. Simply call us at (765) 299-0045 and follow the voicemail prompts to leave a message for our on-call maintenance technician.

How much notice is required to end my lease? What if I must end my lease early

MARQ requires a 60 day written notice to vacate. We do also have an early lease termination policy within the lease agreement.
